In a state that is deeply red, our voice has never been more important. Our philanthropic division has helped us grow our in-house staff by nearly 50%. Encouraged by this success, we have embarked on a three-year plan to develop 10 reporters working 10 beats (politics, crime, education, healthcare, environment, LGBTQ, culture, etc.) backed by an additional five editors, support staff.
